Insurance Information

Dr. Franzoni is a participating provider in the following plans. If your insurance is a plan in which Dr. Franzoni is not a provider, you will generally pay out of pocket at the time of your visit, and will be sent a receipt which you can submit to your insurance company or your Flex plan for reimbursement.

Blue Cross/Blue Shield

  • Federal Employee Plan does NOT cover naturopathic medicine
  • Specialist Copay applies
  • Plans from all states are eligible (as far as we know - we haven't seen patients with BC/BS plans from all 50 states)
  • Some BC/BS plans have a deductible
